Α. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

PAYMENT METHODS

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to make their purchases in this online store, www.basileiahome.gr offers the following payment methods:
• By charging your credit card. www.basileiahome.gr has taken all necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. In this case, it is important to mention a contact phone number and a valid e-mail address.
• Cash on delivery when you receive the products, with an additional charge. Cash on delivery is offered ONLY for orders within Greece.
• By depositing into a bank account by sending the copy of the bank payment order by email to info [AT] basileiahome [DOT] gr.
The consumer through the website is informed by the company before the completion of his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transport costs, the method of payment and delivery, the price and the validity period of the possible offer and the right of withdrawal.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE

The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company “General Post Office” (www.taxydromiki.gr). Alternatively, upon completion of the order, you can choose to pick up your parcel personally from any of the 100 stores of the “General Post” company in Greece, after a telephone notification.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

Overseas shipments are possible
The charge in these cases varies depending on the country of destination and the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the products of each order. The shipping cost for each product is shown at checkout after you fill in your shipping information

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME

The main concern of the online store www.basileiahome.gr is the efficient and fast service of its customers. Our goal is to provide the best quality products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.
Orders are dispatched by our company on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 13:00 on a working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay (e.g. the need to identify the customer’s details due to the use of a suspicious credit card).
The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 2-3 working days.
For overseas shipments, the delivery time is 5-7 working days and depends on the courier company.
In the event that a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in good time by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS

WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

RETURNS SERVICE

For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (color/design change, replacement, repair), you should register a relevant return request with the required information by sending an email to info@ basileiahome.gr or by phone at 2107771603.
Once your request has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification that the return has been approved and instructions on the shipping method and address.
Returned products must be in their original packaging.
If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.
As soon as we receive your return you will again receive an informative email and then you will be informed of the final outcome of the request. Then, through our communication, you will express your interest in which new product you are interested in and if it is available, the value of the product you returned will be included. If there is a new balance to be deposited, as soon as it is done then it will be sent to the address you have given us.
For your best and fastest service, as well as for reasons of organization and reliability, we would recommend that you always use this function of our store and do not request to return products over the phone.

PRODUCT CHANGES

If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must register a request here within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval request.
For orders within Greece, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination).
For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country).

WRONG MISSIONS

In the event that the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you must register a request here within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of the request approval date.
In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that a product proves to be defective within one month of its sale, we undertake to repair or even replace it with a new one (in the event that it cannot be repaired), without any charge to you. Once the defect has been identified, you should register a related request here so that you can receive instructions on the return and replacement process. If replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you have the option to choose between replacement with another, equivalent product of your choice. Defective products are not considered products which, after checking, it has been established that the problem arose after incorrect installation.

MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail so that you can inform us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. Linen Vaso is not responsible for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
Modification of the present terms: www.basileiahome.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
